Cadillac now has 3 benchmark examples of their automotive technology that will be on display at the event.

The Cadillac ATS-V and CTS-V that are apart of the automotive companies V-Performance production models are earning high praise and showcasing Cadillac's automotive prowess. With the CTS-V and ATS-V being accompanied by a mid-engine supercar brings Cadillac into the spotlight for performance car makers.

A LT 6.2-litre Cadillac V-8 engine will be powering the new race car which is also used in the current Cadillac CTS-V and Cadillac Escalade. The styling cues for the Cadillac DPi-V.R were influenced by Cadillac’s current line of V-Performance high-performance production models. One of them in particular being the Cadillac CTS-V.

As for the secret mid-engine production car, not much is known about what motor will power the vehicle.
