41 vehicles are set to make their Canadian premiere at the 2017 Canadian International Auto Show in Toronto this month. There are a lot of great vehicles coming to the event this year and some in particular have us more excited. Here are 5 vehicles that we are excited to see:
Audi R8 Spyder V10
When it comes to sporty elegance, look no further than the Audi R8 Spyder V10. A vehicle that is sure to give the driver thrills as they motor down the streets. It comes with a 5.2 V10 FSI engine and can hit 0 to 60 mph in just 3.6 seconds. When pushed it gets to a top speed of 318 km/h.
BMW Group 5 Series
The BMW Group 5 Series is another vehicle that we are excited to see at the Auto Show. BMW has the formula for success and it continues to show in their newer models such as the 5 series. Everything about it makes it a true sport sedan such as its state of the art chassis systems that include Adaptive Mode, Active Steering, and Driver and Parking Assistance Systems. It also has a new interface called the iDrive 6.0 plus upgraded Voice Control. Its a vehicle that's all about personalized connectivity.
Jaguar F-Type 400 Sport
Jaguar always brings great models to auto shows and its no different this year as the F-Type 400 Sport will be arriving in Toronto for the event. The F-Type has an award-winning design and that continues to be true with the 400 Sport. One of the things that separates it is its model-specific front bumpers. Under the hood is a 3.0-litre supercharged V6 engine and sits atop 20 inch wheels. One interesting thing to note about the model is that it will go on sale globally but only for one year.
Aston Martin AM-RB 001
When it comes to concepts there are two cars that stand out two us with one being the Aston Martin AM-RB 001. It is to make its global auto show debut at the event and is certain to be a crowd-pleaser. Powering the vehicle is a V12 engine and its frame is made out of lightweight carbon fibre. The hypercar is a collaboration between Aston Martin and Red Bull Racing.
Cadillac Escala
Lastly is the Cadillac Escala concept vehicle. It has a beautiful design and its exudes luxury. The new front-end look is one Cadillac says will be appearing on production models soon. It has its share of power too with a 4.2-litre twin-turbocharged V-8. If you want to see this luxury vehicle in person at the event than you will have to go on February 17 and 18 as those are the only two days the vehicle will be present.
